Alongside her medical credentials (MBBS, DRCOG, MRCGP), she qualified as a personal trainer in 2023, further strengthening her passion for empowering others through movement and mindful living.
As both a doctor and a mum, Catherine brings a unique perspective to health, fitness, and balance. She understands firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritise self-care while juggling a busy life—and she’s committed to helping others do just that.
At Peak Physique Studios, Catherine combines her clinical knowledge with her coaching skills to support members in a safe, effective, and nurturing environment.
