Our small group sessions provide the perfect balance between the attention of personal training and the energy of a group class. You’ll be closely monitored by both heart rate technology and our industry-leading personal trainers, ensuring your effort is always at the right intensity to get the best results.

At Peak Physique Studios, we take a holistic approach to training that includes a mix of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), cardiovascular training, and strength and resistance training. This combination ensures you get a well-rounded workout that improves fitness, tones muscles, and burns fat.

Our state-of-the-art equipment features treadmills, rowers, functional resistance tools, KO8 Fitness suspension systems, and custom BoxMaster boxing bags—all designed to enhance your workout and keep you engaged.

We believe in keeping things fresh and exciting, which is why our sessions are changed daily. No two workouts are ever the same, ensuring that you stay motivated while your body continuously adapts and progresses.
With over 33 sessions per week, there’s always a class that fits into your busy lifestyle. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, we have a session that works for you.
